These terms govern your use of VoiceIsland. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

VoiceIsland provides personalised language-learning tools, including AI-generated conversations, translations, exercises, speech and progress tracking. Features may change as the product develops.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and for content you submit. You retain ownership of your content and grant VoiceIsland permission to process it only as needed to provide and improve the service. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, or use automated methods that create unreasonable load or cost.

AI-generated material

AI output and speech assessment can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important translations independently. VoiceIsland is a learning aid and does not guarantee fluency, examination results or error-free translations.

Availability and changes

The current product may include beta features. We may update, suspend or discontinue features and may introduce usage limits or paid plans. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VoiceIsland is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using VoiceIsland at any time. We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, comply with law or respond to serious violations of these terms.
